The AI Questionnaire Assistant is an innovative feature that allows ChatGPT to automate the entire process of creating a questionnaire. Instead of designing the questions and structure yourself, you can rely on AI to generate a complete questionnaire based on the inputs and requirements.

Currently, this questionnaire assistant is only available for questionnaires under continuing education .

Go to Further Education and then Questionnaires. You will then find the "Create questionnaire" creation field at the top right or click on the plus sign.

Select the assisted editor to activate the AI-powered feature for automatic questionnaire creation.

The following pop-up will open:

1. Description: Add a description that briefly explains the purpose, structure and content of the questionnaire (e.g. matrix questions, topics, categories, etc.). This description helps the AI to generate the questions precisely. An example description is shown in gray in the field.

2.Questionnaire type: Select the questionnaire type that corresponds to the specific use case (e.g. evaluation). This helps to better adapt the structure and type of questions.

3.Language: Specify the language in which the questionnaire should be created. This will ensure that the questionnaire is generated in the desired language.

4. Important notes:

Before this option can be used, an information text is displayed which must be accepted. This information text informs you that:

• No personal information should be included in the questionnaire, as the entered data will be processed by a third party (ChatGPT).
• The user is responsible for protecting sensitive data by ensuring that only non-critical information is used to create the questionnaire.

Once all the necessary information has been provided, let the AI create the questionnaire.
