Creating a 360° Feedback

To use 360° feedback, you must set up the 360° Feedback add-on .
A 360° feedback is created via the employee profile of the feedback recipient in the "Feedback" tab. All of the employee's 360° feedback requests are listed at the bottom of the page.
Overview of 360° feedback requests:

1. Name: Name of the 360° feedback.
2. Period: Start and end date of the survey period.
3. Status: Indicates whether the 360° feedback is ongoing or completed.
4. Evaluation: Snapshot of the results of the 360° feedback.
5. Delete: Allows you to permanently delete the feedback request.
6. Create new 360° feedback: Use the “+” symbol to create a new feedback request.
Creating a new 360° Feedback
After clicking on the “+” symbol, you will be taken to the 360° feedback editor, where you can make the following settings:

1. Feedback name: Give the 360° feedback a name that describes its purpose or content.
2. Specify the time period: Define the survey period in which feedback should be given.
3. Select a questionnaire: Select a predefined questionnaire or create a new questionnaire in the questionnaire editor . You can find an overview of all 360° feedback questionnaires in the 360° Feedback add-on.
4. Specify feedback providers: Within Evalea , you can assign managers, employees and colleagues
as a feedback provider.
5. Add external feedback providers: You can also specify external people, such as customers or external employees, as feedback providers via "Others". The invitation is sent by entering the email address.
By clicking on "Send", the questionnaire will be sent to the respective feedback providers. All recipients will receive an email with a link to the questionnaire.
Extending a 360° Feedback
If the duration of an ongoing 360° feedback needs to be extended, the end date can be adjusted within the employee profile. To do this, open the respective feedback request and move the end date as required.

Important: The duration can only be extended for ongoing 360° feedbacks, not for those that have already been completed.
Evaluation of the 360° Feedback
Once a 360° feedback has been completed and filled out, several options for evaluation are available:
- Employee profile: In the “Feedback” tab of the feedback recipient’s profile you will find the results in the form of a scale and other visualizations.
- Reports: In Evalea reporting you will find the 360° feedback as a separate report element for comprehensive evaluations.
Deleting a 360° Feedback
When you delete a 360° feedback, the survey link is deactivated and can no longer be filled out. When participants try to open the link, the following message is displayed:
“The project for this questionnaire has already been completed.”
Notice
When deletion occurs, no further notification will be sent to participants.
