Pending Interviews
The “Pending Interviews” KPI gives you the number of calls created as a metric on your dashboards.
Set up:
1: Which interviews should be listed here?
2: Should the interviews in which employees are participants and/or leaders be listed?
3: Choose whether to list interviews within the Draft, Shared or Completed status.
4: Confirmation by 3rd party: Should interviews be listed if I am the third party within the conversation and this conversation still needs to be confirmed?

Clicking on the KPI opens the enlarged detailed view and allows direct access to the interviews.
Cost KPI
The Cost KPI shows you the training costs for a specific period as a key figure on your dashboards.
Set up:
- Enter the title of your KPI
- Select KPI as the type of your dashboard element
- Select costs for your element
- Specify the period from which the costs should be calculated
- Enter one or more fields from the training courses for the calculation. These can be activated or deactivated under the settings for data fields.
- The permanent filter enables the costs of specific training courses to be displayed based on a training characteristic.

Number of Projects
The KPI "Number of projects" shows you the number of training courses in a period defined as a key figure on your dashboards.
Set up:
- From which period should a training be taken into account?
- Should only trainings on a specific topic be included?

Response Rate
The KPI “Response Rate” gives you the percentage response rate for a specific topic and from a specific time period as a key figure on your dashboards.
Set up:
1: Name the dashboard item.
2: Define the period for which the response rate should be specified.
3: Select the training topic here if you would like to see the response rate for a specific topic.
4: Select here whether the response rate of the participants, their managers or the trainers should be displayed.
5: Which evaluations should be taken into account? Preliminary survey, reaction phase or transfer phase?

Allocated Employee Training Costs
The KPI “Assigned Employee Training Costs” transparently lists the training costs of specifically assigned employees.
