Creating a Learning Journey Quiz

Quizzes can also be added to a Learning Journey . After clicking on the "+" symbol to create a quiz, the following options are available:

1. Edit existing quizzes: Existing quizzes can be edited using the gear icon.
2. Delete quiz: Use the trash can icon to remove.
3. Manage access rights: Specify who can access the quiz. If no rights are assigned, only HR has access. Access rights also allow managers or trainers to create and edit quizzes.
4. Create new quiz: Create a new quiz by clicking on the “+” symbol.

Quiz question types:

• Single Choice: A question with only one correct answer.
• Multiple Choice: A question with several correct answers.
• Drag & Drop: Participants assign answers to the correct fields. They define the boxes and drag the correct answers into the respective fields. The score can be set at the bottom of the screen.
• Drag & Sort: This question type requires participants to create an order. The correct order and the required score are determined by you.

Save: Click "Save Quiz" to add the quiz to the Learning Journey . A quiz is only considered completed when the defined score has been achieved.
