Edit profiles
Data in employee profiles can be edited as long as the role allows this within the shared data fields.

Notice
Please note that manually changed data could be overwritten by a file import if the change is not also made in the master data source.
Deleting a profile
To delete a profile, click on the gear icon for that profile and then select the delete icon. Deleting a profile also removes the person from all training and reports, and it deletes all conversations that that person is involved in. This process is final and should be done with caution.
Inactive employees
Inactive employees are no longer displayed in certain areas, such as the "Employees" menu or the archive of a reset e-learning course. They are still visible in areas such as the mandatory training report and the participant list of an e-learning course.
Employees can be set to “inactive” through a manual setting or via the contact import rules.
Send new password
If an employee does not have access to his or her login data, the HR role can send a new password.
Proceed:
- Go to the relevant employee profile and scroll to the end in the “Employee Data” section.
- There you will find a key symbol that you can use to send a password recovery link.
The employee receives an email to the registered address and can use it to reset his password.

Add profile picture
Employees can independently add a profile picture to their employee profile.
Proceed:
- Click on the “Image” icon in the employee profile.
- Select the “Edit File” option and add the desired profile picture.
- Finally, click “Save” to save the image.
