Function of 360° Feedback
With the 360° Feedback add-on, you can implement a comprehensive feedback system. In addition to self-assessment, it also allows you to obtain feedback from managers, colleagues, employees and other people. The add-on offers automated functions for reminders and flexible questionnaire creation.

Access to the Settings
You can access the setting options within the add-on via the gear symbol .

In addition, you can define and create questionnaires for the 360° feedback. You can find these by clicking on “Questionnaires” in the main menu of the add-on.

Settings in Detail
After clicking on the gear, the following overview opens:

- Automatic reminder: Enable whether feedback providers should be automatically reminded of pending feedback.
- Automatic reminder (days): Define after how many days the reminder should be sent.
- Minimum number of responses: Specify the number of responses required for the results of a 360° feedback to be visible.
- Rights: Create: Determine which roles are authorized to create 360° feedbacks.
- Rights: Delete: Define which roles are allowed to delete created 360° feedbacks.

Save : Saving completes the process.
Clicking Save applies the changes and completes the process.
360° Feedback within Employee Profiles
Within the employee profiles, you and the roles that have been given permission to create 360° feedback have the option of starting a 360° feedback round using the + symbol. All 360° feedback rounds are saved in this overview.

Creating a 360° Feedback

- Name: Define a name for this 360° feedback
- Start date: When should it be possible to make entries?
- End date: Until when should it be possible to make entries?
- Questionnaire: Select the questionnaire to be filled out. A new questionnaire can be created using the “+” symbol.
- Self-assessment: Is automatically filled with the person for whom the 360° feedback is created.
- Manager: Is automatically filled with the assigned manager of the person for whom the 360° feedback is being created.
- Employees: Enter additional employees who should fill out the questionnaire.
- Colleagues: Enter other colleagues who should fill out the questionnaire.
- Others: Enter email addresses of other people, such as customers, who should complete the questionnaire.
Clicking on “ Submit ” completes the process. An email with a link to the questionnaire will be sent.
In addition, all feedback providers will find the request on their dashboards within the task element.
More Options

- Description: Opens the detail page of the created 360° feedback
- Opens the results of the 360° feedback. Please note that the results may only be visible after a minimum number of responses set by you within the add-on has been reached.
- Deleting the 360° feedback.
Extending a 360° Feedback
It is only possible to extend a 360° feedback if the end date has not yet been reached and not all feedback providers have completed the questionnaire. To do this, open the details page or the results page of the 360° feedback and click on “ Move end date ”:
