We recommend conducting a pilot project with test subjects before the full roll-out of Evalea . Ideally, the pilot project includes 2-5 tandems consisting of employees and managers who test the system for one to two weeks.

Procedure of the pilot project:

1. Introduction session : At the beginning of the pilot project, an introduction session will take place where the test subjects will receive a brief introduction to the system and their respective roles. The aim is to create a basic understanding without providing comprehensive training, so that users can explore the system intuitively.

2. Feedback Guide : The test subjects receive a document that serves as a feedback tool and facilitates the documentation of their experiences in the system.

3. Feedback evaluation : After the test period, the test subjects send the guide back to HR. The feedback is evaluated and possible adjustments and requests are discussed in a follow-up meeting with HR.
