Manage notifications

Notifications received are indicated by a red dot below the message icon in the top menu. If there is more than one notification, you will see the number. You can filter and manage these notifications by clicking on the message icon.

All notifications are listed in the notification overview. You can use the funnel symbol to filter for specific notifications, and the gear symbol opens the settings options. The archive symbol shows which messages have been archived, and you can use the letter icon to view the message in detail.

In the editing view, you can specify which notifications you want to receive, in which form (system "Inbox", email or app notification) and for which processes. For example, if you want to receive all notifications for the "Conversations" module, check the box in the "Conversations" inbox.

If you only want to receive certain notifications in the “Conversations” section, activate this in the advanced settings, which you can open by clicking on the respective arrow.

Save

By clicking on “Save” the settings will be applied and will take effect immediately.

You and your employees can move notifications to an archive to keep track of everything. You can open the archive by clicking on the corresponding icon.

overview of notifications

In this section you will find a list of all notifications that can be sent in Evalea . You can approve certain notifications. Employees can also decide for themselves which notifications they would like to receive. You can manage the notifications role-specifically under Settings → Notifications.

Notice

Notifications are only sent to users with system access. However, invitations to training courses and surveys can also be deliberately sent to people without system access.

The following notifications are available:

support ticket commented

Notification of a new comment in a support ticket. (For HR)

conversation created

Notification for the interviewer and participants about a scheduled interview.

call status

Notification when the status of a call changes.

Participants added to e-learning

Notification when a participant is added to an e-learning course.

e-learning deadline

Reminder of an upcoming e-learning deadline.

Added to Learning Journey

Notification when added to a Learning Journey project.

Notification of independent status change (cancellation) by a participant. (For HR)

New training wish

Notification of a new training request (For HR)

Further training request status update

Notification for HR about the status change of a training request.

Status of self-registration request has been changed

Notification to applicants when a training registration has been confirmed/rejected.

Status of self-registration request rejected

Notification to the applicant if an application for further training has been rejected.

Self-registration request status approved

Notification to the applicant when a further training registration has been confirmed.

self-registration sent

Notification of successful self-registration for further training.

training canceled

Sent to participants when the status of a training course is changed to “canceled”.

Application created/postponed/accepted/rejected/completed

Notifications about the status of applications. Moved: To the person responsible for the respective step. Accepted / Rejected: To the applicant

The application status has been changed

Notification to all parties involved in the application that the status of an application has changed.

It is possible to enable all notifications for all roles except those marked "(for HR)", which are only available for the HR role.
