The dashboard table shows receivable tasks. The following are displayed:
- Pending evaluations
- Pending surveys
- Pending approvals of requests from my employees (add-on)
- Pending approvals of self-registrations of my employees
- To-Dos
- Pending 360-degree requests
- Training obligations (add-on)

Even employees without an email address can take part in evaluations and surveys via the "Tasks" dashboard element. The direct link to the respective survey is displayed here.
Pending Interviews
Lists interviews and their status within your dashboard element.
Set up:

1: Which interviews should be listed here?
2: Should the interviews in which employees are participants and/or leaders be listed?
3: Choose whether to list interviews within the Draft, Shared or Completed status.
4: Should interviews be listed if I am the third party in the conversation and the conversation still needs to be confirmed?
5: Should interviews created with an older version of the guide also be listed here?
Dashboard view:

Clicking on the respective interview name opens it directly.
Clicking on the dashboard element opens the enlarged detail view.
Here you can also see the planned date of an interview, what the current status is and when the interview was last edited:

Interviews with Answers to a specific Question
With the help of this dashboard element, you have the option of displaying only specific answers from a particular question out of an interview guide.
Set up:

1: Select the source of the question here
2: Select the question on which the displayed answers are based
3: Which answer should be displayed within the dashboard element?
4: Which rating should be displayed?
In this example:
Which employees received the answer from interview leader "A" to the question "Overall assessment" within the "Development Interview" guideline?

My Requests
Lists my requests (applications, self-registrations, etc.).
Set up:

When creating the dashboard element, you can specify whether only the open requests or all requests, including those that have already been completed, should be displayed.
My Trainings
This dashboard element lists the training and e-learning courses assigned to the employee. If it is an e-learning course, the link is clickable and the employee is redirected directly to it.

My Goals
Lists the assigned goals, their status, and the creation date.
Set up:

1: All goal templates created within the Target Template Builder or only specific ones can be displayed.
2: All objectives, only open objectives or only completed objectives can be displayed.

Project List
The project list lists all planned, ongoing and completed training courses - if required, within a specific time period. The number of participants and the start date are also specified. Clicking on the element enlarges the view.

Self-registration
This dashboard element lists all of your employees' self-registrations. You can edit the self-registrations in the detail view by clicking on the element.

1: Displays the name of the training type.
2: Displays the name of the training course.
3: Shows the start date of the training.
4: Link that opens the employee’s request.
5: Link that opens the employee profile.
6: Displays the date and time when the self-registration was submitted.
7: Displays the type of approval process stored within the training type.
8: Shows the total number of self-registrations.
Enlarged detail view:

The enlarged view can be opened by clicking on the element. Here you will find additional options that allow you to edit the self-registration and information about which approval process is stored for each self-registration (manage registrations).
Process requests:
After you click on a request, the editing view opens, where you can reject or approve the request:

Notice:
The status of a self-registration can now be viewed at any time by employees and managers. For managers, it is the dashboard element "Tasks" and for employees, it is the dashboard element "My Requests".
To-Do Lists for Employees
Within this dashboard element, managers can find the assigned to-do lists of their own direct or indirect employees and view them from there.
Set up:

1: Should the to-do lists of all employees be displayed (HR), direct and indirect employees or only direct employees.
2: Should all to-do lists or only the open ones be displayed.

Creation of a Training Wish
All training requests are listed in the dashboard element "Training Request". You can also see when and by which employees the requests were created:

Clicking on the table opens the detailed view in which you can edit the training requests:

1: Name of the desired further training
2: Name of the creator
3: Status of the request. Waiting/Open, Accepted, Completed
4: Clicking on the "i" sign opens the completed training request form
5: Date the wish was created
6: Edit the request (data fields, status), create a training course, open the created training course, delegate to the
Manager, archiving of processed requests, deleting

Goals of my Employees
This item lists all goals of my directly assigned employees, their status, creation date and last evaluation.

1: All goal templates created within the Target Template Builder or only specific ones can be displayed.
2: All objectives, only open objectives or only completed objectives can be displayed.
