E-Learning Quiz

If you want to add a quiz to an e-learning course, you can do so via the quiz management in the e-learning module. You can create and manage quizzes in the following overview:

2. Deleting a quiz: Use the trash can icon to permanently remove a quiz.

3. Assigning access rights: You can use the rights icon to specify who can access the quiz. If no additional rights are assigned, only HR has access. If access rights are granted to managers or trainers

Creating a new Quiz

1. Use a quiz template: You can use an existing quiz as a template and customize it to save time and maintain a consistent structure.

2. Save quiz as draft: Mark the quiz as “draft” if it is not yet finalized and should first be reviewed internally.

3. Add questions: You can add a new question using the “+” symbol.

Question types in the Quiz

  • Single Choice:
A question with only one correct answer option.

  • Multiple choice:
A question with multiple correct answers.

  • Drag & Drop:
Participants assign answers to the correct boxes. You create the answer options in the left field and define the boxes on the right into which the answers must be dragged. Finally, you assign the correct answers to the target boxes to determine the correct solution. In addition, you can specify below how many points are needed to pass this question.

  • Drag & Sort:
With this question type, you can create a sorting task in which employees have to put the answers in a given order. You also specify the correct order and the number of points required to pass.

Saving the Quiz

Click “Save Quiz” to save the quiz and make it available for selection in an e-learning.

Important: A quiz is only considered completed when the predetermined number of points has been reached. Only then is the e-learning lesson considered to have been fully completed.
