Below you will find an overview of the available question elements:


Open Questions

Set up:

  1. Specify the size of the text box and choose from text box, word, sentence and date picker.
  2. Ask your question.
  3. Mark the question as required.
  4. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.


Closed questions

  1. Determine the scale length.
  2. Select a symbol for the scale points.
  3. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.
  4. Ask your question.
  5. Mark the question as required.
  6. Define the first and last scale point.

yes/no questions

  1. Ask your question.
  2. Mark the question as required.
  3. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.
  4. Define the first and last scale point.

dropdown

  1. Ask your question.
  2. Mark the question as required.
  3. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.
  4. Define selectable answers as options.
  5. Delete the options you have set.
  6. Add more options.

single choice questions

  1. Define the focus of the question.
  2. Ask your question.
  3. Mark the question as required.
  4. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.

multiple choice questions

  1. Ask your question.
  2. Mark the question as required.
  3. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.

matrix questions

  1. Determine the scale length.
  2. Activate an additional comment column.
  3. Change the point scale to a +/- scale.
  4. Add another column that is not calculated ("Irrelevant")
  5. Define the labels and values for each individual scale point yourself
  6. Define which conversation partner can see and answer the question.
  7. Specify a topic.
  8. Mark the question as required.
  9. Edit the scale description
  10. Ask your question(s).

Notice

Matrix questions can also be completely tailored to your needs if you select the "Define labels and values" option:

  • Use the labels to define the answer options.
  • The values are required to enable an evaluation.
  • These values can be hidden within the conversation using the checkbox on the left side.

Goals

  1. Determine who can see, create and edit the goals: Goal/measure templates and goals in the employee profile/interview
  2. Specify which target template should be displayed. Target Template Builder
  3. Specify whether the newly created goals should also appear in other conversations.
  4. Determine whether to display all goals, only open goals, or goals created in this conversation and open goals.

competencies

  1. Define which interview partner is allowed to see and evaluate the competency survey.

conversations

  1. Define which conversation partner may see the answers to questions from completed conversations.
  2. Select the relevant guide
  3. Select the question whose answer you want to display
  4. Choose whose response from the selected conversation you want to see.

Individual Competencies

file

  1. Formulate a description.
  2. Mark downloading as mandatory.
  3. Define which conversation partner is allowed to view and download the file.
  4. Add a downloadable file.

employee information

  • Select the attribute to display from the employee profiles.

desire for further training

  • After clicking on the button, the form for the further training request opens. More information: Further training request

matrix questions summary

  • Summarizes all matrix questions using the values and calculates a score

Upload

  1. Formulate a description.
  2. Mark uploading as mandatory.
  3. Define which conversation partner is allowed to view and upload a file.
  4. The “Add file” button is visible within the questionnaire. This allows files to be uploaded within the questionnaire.

competency score

  • Calculates the overall score or average of competency ratings based on the interviewer's ratings.

Related Questions

Open questions can be linked to closed and dropdown questions, so that the open question only appears if a specific answer to the closed or dropdown question has been selected.
