Individual Competencies

Activating the function:

The "Individual Competencies" function can be activated on request in conjunction with the "Competency Management" module. Please contact Evalea if you are interested.


Use of Individual Skills

Individual competencies allow you to add skills that are not included in the company's standardized competency model. This is especially useful when employees have competencies that are not assigned to a current competency profile.

  • Addition in the employee interview: Individual competencies can be added and evaluated directly during an interview.

 

 

  • Employee profile: Previously created individual competencies can be assigned in the employee profile.

 

 

Notice

Individual competencies must be confirmed by HR and added to the competency catalog before they can be assessed in an interview. For more information, see Competencies .

 


Creating Individual Competencies in an Interview

By clicking on the “+” symbol in the conversation guide, the participants can
add individual skills.
