Changing the Interviewer

When creating a interview, you can designate an employee as the interviewer, regardless of their role. In addition, if you have the HR role or the interviewer role, you have the option of transferring this role to another person during the interview.


Important: When you change the interview line, the interview will be reset and all previously filled fields will be irrevocably cleared.

 

Notice:

If the employee's manager changes during an ongoing interview, the new manager can only see the interview guide if the interview has already been confirmed by both parties. If the interview is not confirmed, the "old" manager's answers are deleted and the new manager sees an empty interview sheet.
