Third-party interviews

This feature is an optional extension – please contact Evalea to activate it.

This feature allows you to add a third party to the interview when creating a interview, provided the guide allows this. The third party takes on an observing role and cannot make any entries in the interview. The interview is not considered complete until the third party has also confirmed.

Activating the third interview party in the interview guide

1. Creating the interview: If the third party is included in the guide, a new column will appear when creating the interview in which the third party must be selected.

2. Mandatory field: The “3rd party” field must be filled in to create the interview.

Rights and restrictions of the third party

The third party has no editing rights and cannot make any entries, with one exception:

  • Goals: Since goals are a dynamic element that can also be changed in the employee profile, the third party has access to this element.

Tip for flexible interview creation

If you want to have the flexibility to decide whether a third party should be involved or not when creating a interview, it is recommended that you create two versions of the interview guide:

Third Party Guide: For discussions where a third party is to be involved.

Guide without the 3rd party: For discussions without the involvement of a third party.

This allows you to select the appropriate guide when creating the interview. If the guide is used without the 3rd party, the "3rd party" field can be left blank.
