Qualimatrix

The Qualimatrix visualizes the competency assessments from interviews and enables the identification of training needs.


Components of the Qualimatrix:

  1. Competency profile selection: Select the desired competency profile.
  2. Competencies: Lists the competencies of the selected profile.
  3. Target value: Defined target value per competency.
  4. Percent (external): Percentage of employees who meet the target value.
  5. Employees: Lists the employees who have been assigned the selected competency profile.
  6. Individual assessment: Shows self-assessment and external assessment in a summarized overview for each employee. Colored markings visualize deficits or goal achievement.
  7. Total (percent): Shows how many competency assessments meet the target value per employee 
     

 


Creating a New Version of the Qualimatrix

1. Steps to create:

  • Access the Learning Library.
  • Look for the Qualimatrix within the “Competencies” tab.
  • Click the "+" icon in the library.
  • Specify names, role access and additional options (e.g. data fields, tolerance).
  • Decide what information should be included in the report.

 

  1. Variant name : Define a name for the reporting.
  2. For role(s) : Determine for which roles the reporting should be available.
  3. Minimum number of employees:
  4. Tolerance :
  5. Multiple profiles: Determine whether multiple competency profiles can be selected simultaneously within the report.
  6. Setpoint : Determine whether the setpoint should be specified. Color highlighting is only possible if “Yes” has been selected here.
  7. Competency Assessment : Determine which assessments should be displayed within the report.
  8. Employee Information: Determine which additional information from the employee profiles should be displayed in the reporting.

 


2. Save and manage:

  • Created reports are visible in the report overview under "Reports".
  • They can be adjusted or deleted at any time.
     

 

 

 

 

Qualimatrix Generator

The Qualimatrix Generator extends the Qualimatrix to include the ability to conduct competency assessments independently of interviews.
The setup is identical to that of the Qualimatrix.

 


Additional functions of the generator:

 

 

  1. Assign competency profiles: Allows you to assign a competency profile to other employees.
  2. Self-assessment : A self-assessment is only possible for other employees and not for yourself.
  3. External assessment : Enter an external assessment for the selected employee per competency.

 

Notice

  • Managers only see their own employees within these reports
  • Managers only see the competency profiles of their own employees within these reports.
  • The Qualimatrix Generator was developed to document competency assessments without the “Interviews” module.
