Report Overview & Library

Report Overview

The report overview gives you access to all created and released reports. You can find these in the main menu on the left side under "Reports".

Navigation:

  • After clicking on the entry, the overview of all reports opens, arranged by module:


Report Library

With the report library you can determine which content and reports are visible to which roles and employees.


1. Open the library by clicking on the gear in the report overview.
2. Manage and edit existing reports or create new versions.


Functions of the Report Library

 

  1. Name: Displays the name of the report.
  2. Role assignment: Shows which roles have access to the report.
  3. Gear : Adjust the report version
  4. Delete : Deletes the respective report version
  5. Create new version: Click the "+" symbol to create a customized version of the report.
