When you open a training course, you will be taken to the training details page with comprehensive options for management and customization. The following areas and functions are available:
Training details

Name : Allows you to rename the training.
- Start date : Define the start date of the training.

End date : Define the end date of the training.

Training Days : Specify specific days within the period.

Seminar type : If the training is assigned to a training type, this will be displayed and can be adjusted if necessary.

Topic : Assign the training to a specific topic.

Anonymity : Determines whether participants remain anonymous in the stimuli, which is particularly relevant for evaluations.

Language : Choose the language of the training, German or English.

Location : Define the venue.
-
Costs : Enter the total cost of the training for reporting purposes.
- Mandatory training : Declare the training as mandatory. For more information, see: Training obligations

You can open the settings using the gear icon at the top right to edit or delete the training. Clicking Next takes you to the next editable section:

Times

Under Times you can specify training days and times. If the add-on Rooms is activated, the selected event rooms are available to you. You can add individual times and training days using the + symbol .

If the Room add-on is activated, you will also see the availability of rooms as soon as you add times:

Notes
The Notes section provides space for personal notes that can only be seen by the HR role.
The corresponding data field can be activated or deactivated within Settings → Data fields:

Tasks
The Tasks section allows you to create to-do lists for training and assign them to admin employees. These tasks appear on the dashboard of the respective HR employees if the "Seminar tasks" element is activated. You can also save or load task templates ( Task templates ). The element appears after the training has been created.

Files
In the Files section, you can upload documents and access provided templates such as participant lists, name badges, signature lists and certificates of participation. The element appears after the training has been created.

Impulses
Under Impulses you can add different elements such as pre-surveys, transfer surveys or simple email notifications. By default a reaction phase is set, which you can customize.

Participant
The participants field allows you to manage the training participants. You can add individual employees, groups and trainers using drag & drop.

Status management : A flag icon shows the status of each participant. The history shows who changed the status, when and why.
- Trainers : You can add internal and external trainers. These will be listed in separate reports such as signature lists or certificates and will not be shown as participants.


History:
Within the status history you can see who changed the participant’s status and when this happened.
The reason is also given:
If the status was changed by an admin role, the reason "Status change by HR" is given.
For example, if a participant has canceled his Outlook appointment independently, the reason given is "Status change by participant".

Version history
Within the version history you will find a list of all changes and updates that relate to this specific training. The version history is located at the bottom of each training page:
