Standards

What are Standards in Evalea ?

Standards allow you to define stimulus sequences (e.g. emails, evaluation forms or other notifications) in advance. These standards can be inserted into as many training courses as you like and applied directly when creating training courses.

Creating Standards

You can create standards under Settings → Standards in the left main menu:

When you open the standards, the Evalea standard is displayed. This cannot be edited or deleted and is always stored in training courses unless another standard was selected when creating the training course:

1: Select from previously created standards to edit them
2: Create a new standard
3: Create a new standard based on further training. This is possible after clicking on the “+” sign.

Click on the "+" symbol to create a new standard. A pop-up opens with the following fields:

  1. Use project as template: Optionally, select a training course that has already been created and whose ideas you want to adopt. A dropdown menu with all training courses is displayed.
  2. Name Standard : Give the standard a name so that you can easily identify it later.
  3. Save : Click Save to create the new standard.

Adding Impulses

The lower part of the editor is divided into the four phases of a training:

  1. Before the start of the training (prequestionnair surveys, e-mail impulses)
  2. Shortly after the start of the training (email impulses)
  3. Shortly before the end of the training (email impulses)
  4. After completion of the training (reaction survey, transfer surveys, e-mail impulses)

In each phase you can add new impulses using the “+” symbol

Notice

  • Preliminary surveys and transfer surveys are only available when booking the "Evaluation" module.
  • Email impulses can be provided with attachments after creation
  • Each evaluation impulse can be provided with an auto-feedback
  • Standards can be used when creating further training courses directly, as well as within further training types. Further training courses that are created in such a further training type automatically receive the impulses defined in the standard.
  • Standards can also be used when creating training courses within an employee profile.

Caution!

  • If a questionnaire that is already part of an impulse within your standard is edited, it must be selected again in the standard. The stored questionnaires are not automatically updated.
  • If an email template is adapted that is used within a standard for an email impulse, this template must be stored again. This must also be updated for training courses that have already been created using the standard. Email impulses that have already been created are not automatically updated.
  • Editing/changing a standard has no impact on training courses that have already been created using this standard.
