Further development of Evalea

Find out more about the further development of the Evalea platform and its new functions for an optimal user experience.

Evalea 's range of functions is continually being expanded and optimized. We attach particular importance to the wishes of our customers and develop new ideas and functions together.

development methodology (sprint logic)

In order to respond flexibly to customer requests and ensure the quality of the system, we work according to a two-week sprint model:

  • Sprint 1 (14 days): This cycle is reserved for developing and optimizing the code.
  • Cooldown week: After the first sprint there is an optimization week to refine the code.
  • Sprint 2 (14 days): The second cycle is for final testing and release to the live system.

This development structure means new features are available every six weeks.

Three pillars of further development

1. Continuous code optimization:

To ensure that Evalea remains future-proof, we regularly optimize the existing code. This promotes the long-term stability and performance of the system.

2. Strategic development:

Our customers' requests for improvements are regularly analyzed and prioritized. Implementation takes place in the order in which a request was expressed by different customers.

3. Further development through development contracts:

Customizations can be made upon customer request, provided they maintain system integrity and are funded by the requesting customer. These customizations are then available to all customers.

process of a development contract

  • Request: Customers send a request via the ticket system (“Customer Customization Request”)
  • Pre-assessment: Evalea checks the basic feasibility and assigns the adjustment to one of three effort categories (small, medium, large). An initial implementation period is also specified.
  • Requirements analysis: Details of the adaptation are discussed in an online appointment.
  • Design and effort estimate: Evalea creates drafts for implementation and provides a final effort estimate.

After the effort has been estimated, the customer can decide whether to commission the adjustment. The costs for an adjustment consist of the estimated effort and a flat-rate adjustment fee of €180, which includes the following services:

  • review of the request
  • project management and requirements analysis
  • preparation of drafts and cost estimation
  • Initial test of adaptation

The adjustment fee only applies if an order is placed!
