With the "Add Existing Interview Records" add-on, paper-based interview results can be digitized and transferred directly to Evalea . This enables structured and sustainable documentation of employee discussions.

Requirements
1. Create an interview guide:
- Replicate the original interview in Evalea using Creating an interview Guide
2. Create an interview:
- Create an interview based on the guide and assign it to the appropriate employees and managers.
Entering Interview Log
1. Select participants:
- Open the add-on and search for the desired interview participant.
- Click "Create" to create a new transcript for the interview.

2. Make entries:
- Select the interview from the participant's list.
- Store the answers either for the participant or for the manager.
- Specify the date of the original interview closure.
- Decide whether the interview should be shared for the selected interview side or closed directly.

3. Save:
- Fill in the fields, save the entries and complete the process.
Notice
With the help of this add-on, existing, still open interviews can be manipulated by HR. Please use this function with caution.
Use cases:
- Accidentally incorrect entries must be corrected
- The call line is permanently unavailable and the call must be completed
- Old interviews must be closed on behalf of all interview partners
