Pre-questionnaires

When will a pre-questionnaire be conducted?
Pre-questionnaires are conducted before a training course to prepare participants for the content and to record any prior knowledge they may have.

Instructions for creating a pre-questionnaire:

1. First, create a training course (for more information, see Create training course ).
2. In the training details, scroll to the “ Impulses ” section and select “ Create new impulse ”.
    

A pop-up opens with the following options:

1. Type of survey: Select the desired survey type (email, pre-survey, transfer survey, auto-feedback).
2. Implementation method: Choose whether the survey should be conducted via email, online code or print.
3. Sending time: Define when the survey should be sent.
4. End time: Specify when the survey should end.
5. Target group: Define the target group for the survey.
6. Recipients: Select the specific recipients of the survey.
7. Questionnaire selection: Choose between standard questionnaires or individual questionnaires.
8. Message choice: Use the Evalea standard message or a custom message. (Details under Email options )
9. Save: Click “Save” to create the pre-survey.

Further options after creation:

1. Preview (magnifying glass icon): Allows you to view the questionnaire.
2. Test message: Send a test message without starting the survey.
3. Start survey (play symbol): Starts the survey.
4. Editing: Changes are possible as long as the survey has not yet been started.
5. Send reminder: Reminders can be sent after the survey has started.
6. Exit: Ends the current survey.
7. Manual entry: Manually fill out the survey once it has started.
8. Printing: The questionnaire can be printed out for analog distribution.
9. Results: Displays the results of the survey.

reaction surveys

When is a reaction survey conducted?
A response survey is carried out after completion of a training course. It is used to collect immediate feedback from participants in order to identify optimization opportunities for future training courses.

Instructions for creation:

Reaction surveys can be created within a training course. The creation is similar to that of a pre-questionnaire (see Impulses )

transfer surveys

When is a transfer survey conducted?
Transfer surveys are carried out weeks or months after a training course. Their aim is to check the long-term learning effect and determine whether the training has brought about sustainable improvements.

Preparation of the transfer survey:

The transfer survey can be created in the training details, just like pre-training and reaction surveys.
