Creating a Feedback Request

Employees can request feedback from others or give feedback to others. The feedback function requires the Feedback add-on.

Feedback Request in an Employee Profile

All feedback requests are displayed in the “Feedback” tab of an employee profile.

1. Name of the feedback
2nd questionnaire
3. Start date
4. Status
5. Results
6. Delete feedback
7. Create new request

Giving or Requesting Feedback

After clicking on the "+" symbol, employees and managers can give or request feedback. Feedback requests can be sent by email to the selected person and also appear in the feedback provider's dashboard.
Employees cannot give feedback for themselves, but can request feedback from another person for themselves.

Giving Feedback

When a manager clicks “Give Feedback,” a pop-up opens with the following options:

1. Select questionnaire: Select the questionnaire to be used. These questionnaires must be created in advance in the Feedback add-on using the questionnaire editor .
2. Set feedback name: Give the feedback request a meaningful name.
3. Save: Clicking on "Save" completes the process and creates the feedback request. The manager is redirected directly to the questionnaire and can fill it out.

In addition, a link to the questionnaire is displayed in the manager’s dashboard so that the feedback can be easily filled out later.

Requesting Feedback

When an employee or manager clicks on “Request feedback for this person”, another pop-up appears with the following input fields:

1. Select questionnaire: Select the appropriate questionnaire from the Feedback add-on.
2. Set feedback name: Name the feedback request.
3. Specify feedback provider: Enter the name or email address of the person from whom feedback should be requested.
4. Save: Click “Save” to create the feedback request.

The selected feedback provider will then receive an email with a link to the relevant questionnaire. The request will also be displayed as a task on the feedback provider's dashboard
