Conducting Competency Assessments

Competencies can be assessed in two ways:

1. Evaluate within an interview:
During an interview, the participant can give a self-assessment while the person leading the interview carries out an external assessment. The participant's own assessment is highlighted in color, while the external assessment is outlined in dark. After both parties have confirmed the interview, the assessment is saved in the employee profile and can be viewed there.


2. Evaluating outside of an interview:
HR and managers can also assess competencies outside of the interview module, e.g. using the Qualimatrix generator (however, self-assessment is not possible here, which prevents managers from assessing themselves.
