Competence Care
Notice
The “Competence Care” function is an optional additional function. Please contact Evalea if you would like to activate this function.
Functionality:
The feature makes it easier to match new competencies created by employees and managers with existing competencies in the catalog. You will find this option in the main menu under "Competencies" once it is activated.

Competency comparison:
1. In the “Copmetence Care” view, all new competencies are listed.
2. Click on the comparison icon to compare a new competency with existing competencies.
3. Use the search to find competencies in the catalog and compare them with the new competency.
Matching options:
After the comparison, three options are available at the bottom of the screen:

- Delegate competency review: Sends a request to the employee who created the competency to obtain confirmation of equivalence.
- Merge competencies: Deletes the new competency and replaces it with the existing competency in profiles.
- Add new competency to catalog: Adds the new competency as an additional competency to the catalog.
Linked functions:
- My Requests Dashboard: Shows employees which skills they have suggested and their status.
- Tasks Dashboard: Shows when a competency check has been delegated to an employee.
- Competency status for HR: Displays the status of each competency in the competency catalog.
- Competency Profile Manager add-on: Enables managers and employees to create competency profiles and suggest new competencies.
- Individual competencies: Allows employees to add individual competencies and suggest new competencies during the conversation.
