OKR - Objectives and Key Results

The "OKR" add-on enables the definition and tracking of objectives and their key results. It offers clear management for the planning, implementation and success measurement of your OKR strategy.


Functions and Structure


Overview:

  1. Search for objectives by title, category or quarter of year.
  2. Title of the Objectives.
  3. Assigned categories.
  4. period of the objective.
  5. Percentage progress.
  6. Number of stored key results.
  7. Edit or delete objectives.
  8. Adding new objectives.


Add Objectives:

  1. Give it a unique name.
  2. Assign a category and select a color scheme.
  3. Specify the year and the respective quarter.
  4. Describe the objective in detail.
  5. Add the objective to the overview
     

Managing Key Results

  1. Percentage progress: Progress is based on the stored key results.
  2. Details: Displays all information of the Key Result.
  3. Edit Objective: Update the objective details.
  4. Add Key Result: Define concise and measurable key results.

Managing Key Results

  1. Assign responsible persons: Responsible persons can be added using the icon.
  2. Key Result Update: Clicking on the percentage status allows you to update the key result. A comment function and an implementation statement complete the process. Only those responsible and HR can update the status.
  3. Delete: Allows you to delete custom created Key Results.
  4. History: Allows you to view the update history, including the comments.
  5. Edit: Allows the creator or HR to edit individual Key Results.
  6. Adding goals: Allows you to add individual employee goals that can be used to achieve individual key results.
  7. Expand: Expands the stored, individual goals
