User Maintenance
Purpose of the report:
The user maintenance report identifies duplicate contacts in the system. It helps analyze the duplications and facilitates the process of merging contacts.
- Display of duplicate contacts: The affected contacts are listed in pairs.
- Checking the reason for duplication: The reason for duplication is indicated under the "Check" column (e.g. same email address).
- Total number of duplicates: An overview of all duplicate contacts is provided.

Creation of a User Maintenance Report
- Open the report library
- Within the “General” tab, look for the User Maintenance Report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.


- Name: Give the report a meaningful title.
- Roles: Define which roles this report should be visible to.
