Interviews

The interview reporting is used to provide an overview and analysis of all employee interviews conducted, including their content and status.
Features:


1. Call data at a glance:

  • Interview name, guide, scheduled date, status and completion date.
  • Due date of the interviews based on the planned and current date (optional).
  • Participant and line information.
  • Answers to selected questions from the interview guide (optional).


2. Filter and export options:

  • Filter for specific interviews, years, participants or interview guides.
  • Export as Excel file for detailed analysis.


Settings in the Report Library

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “interviews” tab, look for the interview report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.
  1. Report name : Enter a unique name.
  2. Role assignment : Define who can view the reporting.
  3. Guide selection : Choose whether the reporting only includes interviews from a specific guide or from multiple guides.
  4. Question selection : Decide whether to display answers to specific questions. This is only possible when selecting a single guide.
  5. Labels : Determine whether the answers to the matrix questions should be displayed as values or as labels.
  6. Display : Determine which interviews should be displayed. All interviews or only the interviews of the employees to which the role holder has access.
  7. Call status : Filter by call status (e.g. completed, open).
  8. Due Date : Enable the calculation and display of the due date of calls.
  9. Employee Information : Select which fields from the employee profiles to display.
  10. Employee filters : Define filters, e.g. by department
  11. Interview year filter : Define filters and display interviews from specific years.
  12. Perspective : Choose how the interview page responses should be displayed.

 

Notice

  • Some reporting functions or templates must be approved by Evalea .
  • Once a report has been created, it is available directly in the main menu under Reports.
