Feedback-Status

Purpose of the report:

Shows the status of planned, ongoing and completed 360° feedbacks as well as the ratings of the respective feedback groups. Helpful for monitoring and analyzing feedback processes. 
 

Variants:

1. Column per question: Detailed display of each question in separate columns.
2nd column per recipient group: Summary of the average responses per feedback provider group.


Settings in the Report Library

 

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “Survey” tab, look for the 360 Feedback Status Report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

Report Setup

  1. Name: Give the reporting a name.
  2. Access: Define the roles that are allowed to access this reporting.
  3. Feedback filter: Select which 360° feedbacks should be included.
