Purpose of the report:

Shows the competency fulfillment level of a competency profile for each employee based on the last competency assessment and the target values defined in the profile. Ideal for analyzing competency gaps and planning targeted development measures. 
 

Settings in the Report Library

• Open the report library
• Within the “Competencies” tab, look for the competency fulfillment report
• Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

Report Setup

1. Name: Name the reporting.
2. Availability: Specify for which role the reporting is visible.
