Purpose of the report:

The “Fit To Profile” report shows how well employees who have not yet been assigned a specific competency profile could fit the selected profile.

Matching Score:

• The matching score is calculated from the evaluation of the competencies of the selected profile that are included in other competency profiles of the employees and have already been evaluated.

Report features:

1. Competency profile: Selection of a specific competency profile to be assessed.
2. Competency details: Lists the competencies of the selected competency profile.
3. Matching result: Shows an overview of the employees and their fit (matching score) to the selected competency profile.

Creation of a Fit To Profile Report

• Open the report library
• Within the “Competencies” tab, look for the Fit Competency Profile Report
• Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

1. Name : Enter a title for the report.
2. Target group : Specify which roles the report should be accessible to.
3. Display : Specify which employees should be displayed in the report.
