Purpose of the report:
The Interview Closing Rate report analyzes the interview closing rate based on a selected attribute (e.g. department, location, email address).
Report features:

- Attribute-based analysis: Lists the selected attribute (e.g. departments or manager).
- interview data: Number of interviews created per attribute.
- Call data : Number of completed calls per attribute.
- Completion Percentage: Specifies the completion rate per attribute in percent.
- Options: Provides access to the respective interviews.
- Export: Export the report as an Excel file.
Creation

- Open the report library
- Within the “Interviews” tab, look for the Interview Closing Rate report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

- Name : Enter a unique name for the report.
- Role : Define for which roles the reporting is available
- Guidelines : Selection of interview guides
- Attribute : Selection of the attribute to be analyzed (e.g. department or manager).
- Time frame : Limiting the evaluation to a specific year.
Possible uses:
- Increase efficiency: Analyze and improve Interview Closing Rates.
