Training Obligation Matrix
The training obligation matrix offers an alternative view to training obligation reporting that is particularly suitable for managers. The focus here is on the fulfillment of training obligations of the respective employees.

Special Features of the Training Obligation Matrix
Difference to mandatory training reporting:
- Focus on employees instead of training.
- Ideal for managers to view the status of direct team members.

- Training Requirements : Select one or more training requirements to be displayed.
- Apply : Confirm your selection by clicking “Apply”.
- Name : Displays the name of the assigned employees.
- Email : Displays additional information from the employee profiles.
- Status : Indicates the current fulfillment status for each training requirement. If multiple training requirements were selected in step 1, one training requirement is displayed per column.
Employee-centered representation:
- Shows which training obligations have been fulfilled by employees and which have not.
- Colored markers for the status:
Green: Obligatory training completed.
Red: Obligatory training pending. - All employees who have not been assigned the training requirement are highlighted in grey.
Customization Options in the Report Library

- Open the report library.
- Look for the mandatory training matrix within the “Seminar Management” tab.
- Create a new variant by clicking on the “+” sign.

- Variant name : Enter the name of the report.
- Roles : Determine which roles the reporting should be available for.
- Display : Determine whether all employees or the employees to whom the respective role has access should be displayed.
- Employee Information: Determine which additional information from the employee profiles should be displayed.
- Permafilter : Determine whether only certain employees should be displayed within the report.
