Trainings
Purpose of the report:
The "Training" report provides an overview of all further training measures within the company. Each training course is shown as a separate line. The fields displayed are flexible and can be customized. The report can be exported as an Excel file.

- Name : Name of the training course.
- Status : Status of the training (Planned, Ongoing, Completed, Cancelled).
- Further information from the training details
- Start date : Date when the training started.
- End date : Date on which the training was completed.
- Name (training types) : Name of the training type, if the training is part of a training type.
- Evaluation : Evaluation average per training course
- Participant list : Lists all participants. This is displayed in full within the Excel export.
- Number of participants: Number of participating employees.

Export: Option to export the report as an Excel file.
Creating a Training Report

- Open the report library
- Within the “Seminar Management” tab, search for the Training Per Employee Report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

- Name : Enter a unique name for the report.
- Roles : Define for which roles the reporting is available
- Training information : Select which training fields (e.g. name, status) should be displayed in the report
- Filter : Determine whether only certain training courses should be displayed.
- More information : Decide whether to display evaluation results.
- Participant Listing : Enable whether the participants and/or their number should be displayed.
- Files : Select which documents (e.g. certificates of participation) should be displayed in the report.
- Training type information : Determine which fields of the training type should be displayed.
Notice
Files that were uploaded during the training can be accessed by clicking on the respective file name within the report.
