Purpose of the report:

The "E-Learnings" report provides an overview of all e-learnings created, their topics, number of participants and progress. It is suitable for analyzing and tracking learning measures within the company.


Example view of the report:

  1. Name : Name of the e-learning.
  2. Topic : Subject or category of the e-learning.
  3. Creation date : Date on which the e-learning was created.
  4. Number of lessons : Total number of lessons included in the e-learning.
  5. Assigned Employees : Number of employees to whom the e-learning has been assigned.
  6. Started but not completed : Number of employees who have already started the e-learning.
  7. Completed : Number of employees who have already completed the e-learning.


Creating an E-learning Report

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “E-Learning” tab, look for the E-Learning Report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

 

 

 

  1. Report name: Define a unique name
  2. Visibility: Specify which roles the reporting is visible for.
