Focus Topics

Purpose of the report:

The "Focus Topics" report shows how often a competency was selected as a focus area in employee interviews. Each competency is shown in a separate row. The report can be exported.


Report features:

1. Competence: Indicates which competence is involved.
2. Frequency: Indicates how often the competency was selected as a focus field.
3. Export: Ability to export the report as an Excel file.


Creation of a Focus Topic Report


1. Access to the report library:

  • Instructions: @13.02 Report Library.


2. Create a new report:

  • Click on the "+" symbol to create a new report.


3. Configuration:

  • 1. Name: Give the report a unique name.
  • 2. Target group: Determine for which roles the report should be visible.


4. Save: The report will be displayed in the overview after creation
