Interview status

Table of Contents

The status of an interview goes through three different stages:

1. Draft:

  • In this status, both participants prepare for the conversation by entering their assessments. The draft can be saved and filled out later as long as the interview has not yet been confirmed.

2. Shared:

  • The draft and the associated entries are shared with the conversation partner and the 1:1 conversation takes place. Both parties have access to the entries and can conduct the conversation based on the information stored.

3. Confirmed:

  • After the interview has been concluded and both parties have reached an agreement, the interview is marked as "Confirmed". This corresponds to a digital signature. The interview is archived and can no longer be edited. It can be viewed at any time in the employee profile of the interviewee.

Notice:

If agreement is not reached in the shared state, the participants or the chair can put the conversation back into draft mode, make revisions, and then share it again.

Manually closing a call

Notice:

This function is optional and can be activated by Evalea upon request.

In cases where HR needs to close an interview for the participants, there is the option to do this manually. To close an interview manually, follow these steps:

1. In the conversation window, next to the reminder function, there is a symbol with three dots in a row.
2. Click this icon to select the "Close Interview through HR" option.

Important: The prerequisite for manual closing is that the call leader has already confirmed the call. This condition is intended to ensure that no falsification or misuse is possible.

If the call needs to be closed for a manager rather than an employee, it is advisable to transfer the call lead to another manager. The new call lead can then close and confirm the call.

Notice:

When HR closes a call for a manager, the call participant will receive a notification (if enabled) that the call has been confirmed, but the manager will no longer be notified.
