The training obligation reporting provides a detailed overview of which employees have already completed the obligatory training assigned to them and which training courses are still outstanding. The overview is based on the obligatory training types defined in Evalea .

Functions of Training Obligation Reporting
1. Employee overview per obligatory training:
- Shows all employees with the respective obligatory training.
- Participation status: Completed or pending.
2. Adaptation and release for other roles:
- In the Report Overview & Library, reports can be created for specific roles.
- Add additional information from employee profiles to enhance reporting.

- Obligatory Training : Select the obligatory training to be evaluated.
- Filter : Filter the displayed results
- Export : Export the results for further data processing
- Name : Displays the name of the employee
- First name : Displays the employee's first name. This information can be shown or hidden within the setup.
- Last name : Displays the last name of the employee. This information can be shown or hidden within the setup.
- Email : Displays the employee's email address. This information can be shown or hidden within the setup.
- Personnel number : Displays the employee's personnel number. This information can be shown or hidden within the setup.
- Department : Shows the department of the employees. This information can be shown or hidden within the setup.
- Status : Shows the current fulfillment status. Fulfilled = training requirement has been completed and validity continues.
- Due : Indicates when the next attendance is due based on the training requirement validity and completion date.
- Last Attendance : Displays the date and training of the last attendance.
- Next participation : Indicates whether employees are already registered for follow-up training in the form of further education or e-learning.
Report Settings

- Open the report library and look for the obligatory training reporting within the “Seminar Management” tab.
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

- Variant name: Give the reporting a unique name.
- Role assignment: Determine for which role(s) the reporting should be available. (Note: All employees are displayed regardless of the viewer's role.)
- Obligatory training : determine which obligatory training(s) should be displayed. You can select from all or a specific one.
- Employee information : Determine which additional information from the employee profiles should be included in the reporting.
