The "Merge Trainings" reporting makes it possible to compare the results of surveys of different training courses that were evaluated using identical or similar questionnaires. This is particularly helpful for identifying trends and patterns and for analyzing the success of different training measures.

- Search the report for specific training courses.
- Select specific training courses to include in the report.

- Analyses and compares responses from training courses that were assessed using the same or similar questionnaires.
- Supports the optimization of continuing education offerings through data-driven insights.

Questionnaire test:
- Checks whether the questionnaires used contain identical questions to ensure a meaningful summary.

Additional Information:
- Add further details about the training courses, such as names, dates and number of participants, to the report.

- The report can be exported as PDF to share results or further analyze them.
Structure of the Report

- Search function: Enables you to search specifically for specific training courses in the report.
- Filter options: Refine the data displayed based on criteria such as date or training name.
- Detailed information: Shows the name, start and end dates of the training courses.
- Questionnaire check: Checks whether identical questions are present in the selected training courses in order to ensure comparability.
- Report generation: Generates a summary of all identical questions and their answers from the selected training courses.
Summarize results: After the report is generated, it shows the answers in an overview that can be exported for further analysis.
Settings in the Report Library

- Open the report library
- Within the “Evaluation” tab, look for the Merge Training report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.
Report Setup

- Report name : Enter a unique name.
- Role assignment : Define who can view the reporting.
Possible uses:
- Evaluation comparison: Identify similarities and differences in the results of several training courses.
- Quality control: Optimize future training efforts based on consistent feedback.
