Purpose of the report:
Shows an overview of all training expenses, broken down by the participants' cost centers. Activated by the add-on @12.17 Training costs.

Settings in the Report Library

- Open the report library
- Within the “Seminar Management” tab, search for the training costs per cost center report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.
Report Setup

- Name: Enter a unique name
- Role assignment : Define who can view the reporting.
- Further training cost fields: Select which cost fields should be included in the calculation (e.g. costs, travel costs, participation fees).

Cost center access:
- All cost centers: For admins.
- Cost centers with responsibility: For those primarily responsible.
- Cost centers with access: For managers with restricted access.
