Training Costs per Cost Center

Purpose of the report:

Shows an overview of all training expenses, broken down by the participants' cost centers. Activated by the add-on @12.17 Training costs. 
 


Settings in the Report Library

 

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “Seminar Management” tab, search for the training costs per cost center report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

Report Setup

  1. Name: Enter a unique name
  2. Role assignment : Define who can view the reporting.
  3. Further training cost fields: Select which cost fields should be included in the calculation (e.g. costs, travel costs, participation fees).
  4. Cost center access:
    1. All cost centers: For admins.
    2. Cost centers with responsibility: For those primarily responsible.
    3. Cost centers with access: For managers with restricted access.
