Goals

The "Goals" report provides an overview of defined goals or measures within your organization. Each goal is shown in a separate line, allowing detailed analysis and tracking. This reporting is particularly suitable for evaluating and tracking goal agreements, goal achievements and individual development measures.

 

Functions and Structure of the Report

  1. First name : First name of the employee
  2. Last name : Employee's last name
  3. Email address: Employee's email address
  4. Creation date : Date when the target was created
  5. Created in: Information about where the goal was created (e.g. within a conversation)
  6. Call Lead : Specifies the call lead of the source, if it is a call.
  7. Goal Name : Specifies the answers to the questions used to create a goal.
  8. Last Rating: Displays the last rating, including the commenter and date.
  9. Filter function : Filters goals by creation date
  10. Export function : Exports the targets for further processing in an Excel file

 

Creating a new Report

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “Goals” tab, look for the Goals Report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

 

  1. Name : Enter a unique name for the reporting.
  2. For role(s) : Select which roles this reporting should be available for
  3. Goal : Select the specific goals or goal templates to display in the report.
  4. Questions : Determine which questions or elements of the target templates should be included in the report.
  5. Employee information : Select which additional information (e.g. department, manager) should be displayed in the reporting.
  6. Employee filter: Define whether only certain employees should be displayed.
