Training Creation Employee Profile

The "Training Creation Employee Profile" add-on enables employees with the appropriate authorizations to create training courses directly from their employee profiles. This offers flexibility and relieves HR of the burden of training administration.

Functions and Settings


1. Enable permissions:

  • The ability to create training courses is role-specific and can be activated via authorizations .


2. Define individual fields:

  • You can use the gear icon in the add-on settings to specify which information should be used during training creation.
  • Custom data fields can be added that were created via data fields .


3. Use standards:

  • Decide whether predefined standards may be displayed and used when creating training courses.

 

Training Creation from the Employee Profile

1. Employees with the appropriate authorizations will see a "+" symbol in the "Training" tab within an employee profile.
2. After clicking on the symbol, the mask for creating a new training course opens.
3. Employees can:

  • Add your own impulses.
  • Invite or remove additional participants independently.

4. Editing rights: Employees may only edit or delete the training courses they have created. 
 

Notice

The training courses created are limited to the respective authorizations of the employees in order to ensure data integrity.

Managers who create training courses for their employees and need access to these courses can register themselves as trainers. These courses also appear in the managers' profiles under "Training as trainers".
