Interview Closing Rate

Purpose of the report:

The Interview Closing Rate report analyzes the interview closing rate based on a selected attribute (e.g. department, location, email address).


Report features:

  1. Attribute-based analysis: Lists the selected attribute (e.g. departments or manager).
  2. interview data: Number of interviews created per attribute.
  3. Call data : Number of completed calls per attribute.
  4. Completion Percentage: Specifies the completion rate per attribute in percent.
  5. Options: Provides access to the respective interviews.
  6. Export: Export the report as an Excel file.


Creation

  • Open the report library
  • Within the “Interviews” tab, look for the Interview Closing Rate report
  • Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.
  1. Name : Enter a unique name for the report.
  2. Role : Define for which roles the reporting is available
  3. Guidelines : Selection of interview guides
  4. Attribute : Selection of the attribute to be analyzed (e.g. department or manager).
  5. Time frame : Limiting the evaluation to a specific year.


Possible uses:

  • Increase efficiency: Analyze and improve Interview Closing Rates.
  • Attribute-based reporting: Gives managers an overview of their teams.
