Purpose of the report:
The "Competence Gap" report is used to identify competency deficits within a team or company. It shows which employees are below the target value defined in the competency profile in which competencies.
Report features:

- Name: Identifies employees who do not meet certain target values.
- Competence: Lists the corresponding competencies of the employees who do not meet the target value.
- Competency Target: Lists the target value per competency.
- Competency Rating: Lists the last competency rating for each competency.
- Export: The report can be exported as an Excel file for further analysis.
Possible uses:
- Training prioritization: Quickly and specifically identify which skills most urgently need training.
- Performance management: Supports managers in discussing development goals with employees.
Creation

- Open the report library
- Within the “Competencies” tab, look for the competency gap report
- Click on the “+” sign to create a new variant.

- Name : Enter a unique name for the report.
- Roles : Define for which roles the reporting is available
- Type : Determine which evaluation type should be displayed as a reference to the target value.
- Employee Information : Specify which additional information from the employee profiles should be displayed.
